ColoVista's golf-course setting means larger, gently sloping lots and higher curb-appeal expectations than an average subdivision. Most yards here run irrigated St. Augustine or a St. Augustine–Bermuda mix — lush, but it needs a consistent mowing height and sharp edging to stay carpet-clean along the winding streets. The slope toward the Colorado River also makes proper mowing patterns and bed edging important for controlling runoff after Central Texas downpours.

Yes — sloped and oversized lots are routine. We adjust mowing direction and edging to keep the finish clean and reduce runoff on the grade.
